Booking policy

Dear customer!
Please note that the prices are indicative. Your reservation is only valid if we have confirmed it in some form (e.g. e-mail, telephone)
If it still doesn't work and you want to cancel the booked appointment, you can let us know by e-mail or phone!

If for some reason you cannot be at the venue at the reserved time, please let us know in time! Due to the fact that the reorganization takes time, cancellation / time change is possible free of charge 24 hours before the booked time (by e-mail or phone), taking into account the opening hours. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, you must reimburse half of the service. If you do not show up for your appointment without canceling, you must reimburse the full price of the service!
